KAARI/Teatro ECAS Networking Event

"Save the Date!

 

The Korean American Association of Rhode Island (KAARI) and Teatro Education Center for Arts & Sciences (Teatro ECAS) are recipients of the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts (RISCA) Expansion Arts Program (EAP) 2019-2021. RIEAP provides the skills and tools these organizations need to grow as equal partners in the Rhode Island arts and cultural community.

 

To kick off 2021, KAARI &Teatro ECAS are hosting two virtual sessions; January 21st and January 28th. Sessions will be held at 7 pm.

 

The first session on January 21st will cover 'Our (Korean/Latin) Culture & Traditions', with

Suzanne Sharkey and Gonzalo Cuervo/Francis Parra, representing KAARI and ECAS, respectively.

 

The Second session on January 28th will cover 'Our Community Activities.' with Bongsup Cho and Gonzalo Cuervo/Francis Parra, representing KAARI and ECAS, respectively.

 

Both sessions are free and open to the public. Please forward the WebEx session link to any interested parties.

* How to Join WebEx

1. On the web browser, enter https://rhody.webex.com/meet/bpchouri.edu

You will see the "University Of Rhode Island WebEx" page, and following screen will pop up. Please click on button "Open Cisco Webex Meeting".

 (If you are coming first time, browser will download WebEx app and try to install to your computer. Please accept the installation of WebEx app.)

 

2. After click the "Open Cisco Webex Meeting", You will see the following screen.

You can test your video and audio in this screen and make it sure at least your audio working fine.

If your computer has your web-cam, your face will show on the screen.

Then click the "Join Meeting". You will enter the online meeting event.
