RI-EAP Graduation Celebration이 Atrium Gallery (One Capitol Hill, Providence)에서 12월 18일 저녁 6시에 열렸습니다. 이날 졸업식에는 3년전에 Grant를 받은 4단체들이 성공적으로 활동을 마치고 졸업식과 더불어 각 나라의 전통 의상을 입고 전통 무용을 선보이는 자리였습니다.
Elena Calderon (Rhode Island State Council on the Arts (RISCA) Director of Community Arts Program) 은 졸업식을 하는 4개의 단체들과 앞으로 3년 동안 활동하게 될 4단체들을 소개해 주셨읍니다.
이날 졸업식을 한 4단체는 The Cape Verdean Heritage, The
Colombian American Cultural Society, The India Association of RI, The Laotian
Community Center of RI 이었습니다.
앞으로 3년동안 활동하게 될 단체는 Korean
American Association of RI, Sankofa Community Connection, Langston Hughes Community Poetry Reading
